Our process is to make a pipe within your existing failed pipe. The new/rehabilitated pipe is seamless, jointless, and meets or exceeds the structurally integrity required in ASTM F1216. Although the “new” pipe is slightly smaller in diameter, because the new/rehabilitated pipe is seamless, jointless the flow capacity normally exceeds the original pipe.

Fort Wayne Pipelining’s trenchless CIPP solution can be used to resolve corrosion issues, broken, cracked or structurally compromised pipes, to name a few. All while minimizing destruction/invasion of floors, walls, ceilings, landscape, and property improvements in general. We work creatively to use existing access points and in the worst case may need to create a few strategic access points, even then our solutions do not require trenching.
